Gênesis 2:4 e as Narrativas de Origem

Gênesis 2:4 é um verso curto, mas que ocupa o centro de uma discussão intensa sobre pertencimento. Alguns estudiosos o colocam como a parte final da primeira seção de Gênesis, outros como o início da segunda seção e há ainda os que o dividem em duas partes. Portanto, é preciso olhar novamente para o texto e buscar entender seu funcionamento dentro do contexto em que se encontra, justamente porque isso ajuda na melhor compreensão da narrativa maior. Assim, com ferramental da crítica da narrativa, esse artigo se propõe a compreender Gênesis 2:4 dentro do seu contexto literário imediato e dentro do livro de Gênesis e, então, concluir sobre seu pertencimento dentro das seções de Gênesis.
