Abstract

IN THIS ARTICLE, WE INTEND TO PRESENT SOME OF CHILDHOOD CONCEPTIONS REPRESENTED IN LITERATURE. BY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THAT CHILDHOOD IS A SOCIAL CONSTRUCTION, THERE WILL BE DIFFERENT CONCEPTIONS IN DIFFERENT TIMES AND PLACES AND, AIMED AT CHILDREN AS WELL AS AT ADULTS, LITERATURE IS A PRIVILEGED SPACE FOR REPRESENTATION. THIS ARTICLE IS A RESULT OF OUR DOCTORATE RESEARCH, WHOSE THEME IS CHILDREN´S LITERATURE BEYOND THE BOOK.
