Percepção e heterogeneidade na avaliação do grau de satisfação: uma investigação para o trabalho decente

O objetivo deste artigo é decompor a satisfação do trabalho em dois componentes, permitindo o controle do efeito da incerteza e da percepção na avaliação do trabalho decente. A partir dos dados da PNAD 2015 observamos que o viés de desejabilidade social é importante na composição do rating de satisfação, sendo seguido pelos componentes de percepção e de incerteza. Identificamos que a experiência no mercado de trabalho e a prática de atividades físicas reduzem a incerteza no processo decisório, e que a percepção de satisfação é maior entre os chefes de família e aqueles com maior experiência no emprego atual.
