Abstract

This study addresses the issue of transversality and interdisciplinary environment in the discipline of geography and other areas of knowledge, over the fi nal years of elementary school. Presents the methodologies, the actions taken by the teachers and the results of the Project Ribeirão Perus transformed the environment to which it is located, and, of course, changes in relationships, visions and values of the school community CEU EMEF Perus, located in the neighborhood of Perus in the North Zone of São Paulo, refl ecting the true sense of environmental education.
