Abstract

This article aims to evidence not only the characteristics of the poem “Argéman” composed by the Italian-speaking Swiss poet Fabio Pusterla but also the dialogic product corresponding to its translation by the poet Prisca Agustoni. In this regard, it is intended to investigate the archeological task performed by the author, by his relentless pursuit of vital remnants intrinsic to different eras and ways of being, as well the task performed by the translator, who, peering into the words in their starting sphere, tries to probe its reverberations in the sphere of arrival. Therefore, the paths on which Agustoni has embarked will be emphasized to “restart the struggle of writing to turn it back into dance” (PERRONE-MOISÉS, 2013, p. 32), paths that bet on the listening of nature fragments evoked by the poem in analysis, as well on the irrefutable sensitivity that runs through it. Thereby, there is the purpose of stressing the effects generated by the meeting of different poetic and language lenses, echoing the silences, the renditions, and the numerous faith acts to those inherent.
