Abstract

These articles represent different applications of the dialogical self theory. From this set of theoretical and empirical contributions, we have developed a reflection on the metaphor of identity multivoicedness. We focused on two complementary dimensions: the need for standardization and transversality and the need for innovation and diversity. In this sense, we present a conceptual review of three key concepts of this theoretical perspective (I-position, voice and positioning) and an analysis of the interconnections with the semiotic perspective, the cultural perspective and the developmental perspective.
