Abstract

Also in Germany, service providers such as Uber try to establish an alternative to taxi with the so called ridesharing services. This essays aims at verifying how these services can be evaluated under personal transportation legal provisions, which forms of management regulatory Law offers in this field and how economic administrative Law in general can deal with the megatrend of sharing economy.
