Abstract

The article deals with the relationship between the Public Power and the Third Sector, based on the analysis of Law 13.019/14, known as the Third Sector Framework. It analyzes the importance of the approximation between civil society and the State and the relevance of the promotion to the private activities of public utility. It details the mechanisms that allow the creation of links between Public Administration and non-profit entities, as well as the importance of control over these entities. Finally, there is the maintenance of the qualifications of social organization and organization of civil society of public interest in the context of the Framework of the Third Sector.
