Abstract

The scope of this article is to analyze some aspects concerning the limits of state action to the burden of citizens before the duty to respect the rule of law, designed in a broad sense One of the defensive aspects of the State before citizens consists of the action of time on their claims against illegal administrative acts. However, it is argued that the state could not have more time to exercise claims against citizens in order to save illegal acts enacted by the Public Administration itself.
