Satisfaction of people assisted at Psychosocial Care Centers during the COVID-19 pandemic

Objective: to evaluate the satisfaction levels of people who underwent treatment in Psychosocial
Care Centers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: cross-sectional, descriptive study
with a quantitative approach, carried out between the months of November 2021 and January
2022, with users of five Psychosocial Care Centers in five municipalities of the X Health Region
of Pernambuco. The User Satisfaction Assessment Scale with Mental Health Services was used to
collect data, which were treated by descriptive analysis. Results: overall satisfaction score was
4.53, a value considered satisfactory. The dimensions of the scale presented values considered
satisfactory, with greater emphasis on the subscale referring to the welcoming of the team and
the help received, which obtained the highest average score. As for the analysis of the global scale
by municipalities, 4.28 was the lowest score presented by one of the municipalities surveyed.
Conclusion: people treated at Psychosocial Care Centers have high satisfaction scores.
