Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to observe how certain media narratives put focus in highlighting and establishing a particular situation of public controversy within its plot. Stressing the importance of having a semiology of the media oriented towards contexts of utterance, we are to analyze two objects chosen from the audiovisual universe based on the idea of a narrative element of political controversy present in the works of Alain Bovet and Cédric Terzi. Following such guidelines, we intend to focus on how the narrative plots are developed as they demand sensibilization in relation to the outrage factor pointed in them and also their perception in the public arena through the activity of emotional dialogue.
