Munira H. Mutran is Associate Professor of Irish Literature in the Faculty of Philosophy, Languages and Human Sciences at the University of São Paulo, former Chair of the Brazilian Association of Irish Studies (at present Honorary Chair) and Doctor Honoris Causa of NUI/Maynooth. Her research is on contemporary Irish Theatre and Fiction. She is author of Album de Retratos. George Moore, Oscar Wilde e W.B.
