Difficulties of diagnosis of mental disorders in children lead us to dilemmas due to a lack of specific literature. In this case study we discuss the differential diagnosis between schizophrenia, pervasive development disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorders in a 7-year-old girl.Downloads
