Abstract

The present work was done in order to know some methods to evaluate parameters of quality of bush snap beans . The cultivars used were: 'Contender', 'Tendercrop', 'Gallatin 50', 'Early Gallatin', 'Harvester' and 'Eagle'. The parameters to revaluate were: diameter, cross section, lenght, color of pods and seeds and percent of straight pods. The best cultivars for all the parameters evaluates were: 'Harvester' , 'Tendercrop' and 'Eagle'.
