Influência do protocolo de armazenamento de corpos de prova na formação da camada híbrida – estudo longitudinal em MEV

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo in vitro foi analisar qualitativamente diferentes métodos de envelhecimento na mudança de características morfológicas da interface adesiva. Foram selecionados 25 terceiros molares humanos erupcionados, recém-extraídos divididos em seis grupos (n=05) de acordo com o protocolo de envelhecimento: G1: água destilada por 24 horas, G2: água destilada por 6 meses, G3: NaOCl a 10% por 1 hora, G4: NaOCl a 10% por 3 horas e G5: NaOCl a 10% por 5 horas. Os espécimes foram lixados em sua face oclusal, e posteriormente foram construídos blocos de resina composta utilizando um sistema adesivo etch-and-rinse, seguido de fina camada de resina flow e de resina composta nanohíbrida, conforme as instruções do fabricante. Os corpos de prova foram armazenados em água destilada por 24 horas a 37°C, e em seguida, seccionados perpendicularmente para serem submetidos aos protocolos de envelhecimento citados anteriormente. Após processamento, a avaliação da interface adesiva foi realizada em microscopia eletrônica de varredura (MEV). O armazenamento de espécimes em solução de NaOCl a 10% por 1 ou 3h produziu uma interface resina-dentina com características similares à obtida após 6 meses de armazenamento em água.
