Review of Paloma Vidal’s essay Não escrever [com Roland Barthes], part of Ensaio Aberto collection, proposed by Tatiana Salem Levy and Pedro Duarte, at Tinta-da-China (Brasil) publisher. Vidal presents four texts that integrate a literary project called Não escrever, started in 2013 and occurring in different formats: performative lectures, diaries, classes, and a cartonero book. As the whole project, the essay explores the practice of the not-writing, from an approach to Roland Barthes’ work and life.
