This article shows briefly some characteristics about Japanese bureaucracy after Second World War as a fundamental base to understand the management of the Economy at that time- We believe that in order to understand the orientation given to the Japanese industrial policy after war,it is a key stone to investigate how the Japanese bureaucracy was framed,formed besides looking carefully at its special characteristics.Downloads
