Abstract

This article treats of the encounter between teenagers of two different institutions: the first occupied with treatment and school inclusion of children with global development disorders, the other, a govemmental iniciative that intends the social inclusion of children and teenagers living in a slum that grows nearby the University. This encounter raised to our clinical experience reflections about the concept of Fraternal Function, in what concerns the possible establishment of the Law supported by the horizontal relation between these two groups of youngsters.
