The text is a review of Dorrit Harazim's book The Right Moment. It is suggested that the book can be read in three ways: as a photo exhibition, a document proving the author's professional experience, or a family album, in which the photos are viewed and accompanied by comments. In the latter sense, the book functions as an affective object and its texts as the author's talk about the photographs she likes. Images change over time, gain new meanings and uses, how much can be forgotten. In telling his stories Harazim puts them back into circulation.Downloads
