Abstract

This article aims at presenting the legal regime of transportation means and infrastructure in Spain, mainly after destatization. First, it analyses the state competence distribution in the field of transport services. Following that, it points out the effects of liberalization for the transport governance in different sectors (including airports and railways) and, at the end, it brings a debate on the property of transport infrastructure and the “depublicization” of its domain.
