Abstract

It is not only writing that has evolved with the new technologies. Readers have also been transformed.  A new way of looking at education must be sought, since today’s students are no longer the same as the ones that came before. The concern that remains is the following: in most schools our children are not learning how to think and thus we are somehow sacrificing the existence of a promising scientific and technological development. The technological native is not just a consumer, but also wants to participate. Given the many options available in the Western world, how do we make the right decisions? Education must address this aspect.
