Abstract

This present study aims to examine briefly the movement of repersonalization and constitutionalization of law and how this influenced Private Law, to then analyze the figure of the agreement, in particular the business contract, which has been adapted to this new legal order in which patrimonialism has been replaced by human beings and individualism has given way to solidarity. Included is a brief introduction to the constitutionalization of law, the unification of private law and role of contracts in the world of business law.
