Abstract

It is all about deception and lies. The novelty lies, as is the case of everything else in our current days, in what computers and the worldwide web can do with it. It is about lies, but mainly about using it to specifically subvert or undermine democracy, the only system for establishing the power of the state in which “public opinion” is a decisive factor.
