Abstract

Sex and gender analyses have spread across all the sciences. This theme is linked to the processes of implementation of women’s full citizenship rights. In Brazil, we have been facing a war on gender started by the conservative, sexist and racist segments. Will we return to the Inquisition’s bonfires and “burn” the innovations arising from the inclusion of gender in knowledge?
