Analysis of the report presented by the special reporter on minority issues on her mission in Brazil, considering the non-conventional mechanisms for the protection of Human Rights and the un Human Rights Council

This paper is a critical analysis of the report produced by the United Nations on the situation of minorities Human Rights in Brazil in 2015, which presents developments on this subject over the past years, as well as the violations still in need of attention. The authors criticize the superficiality and the distance of the local reality showed on the report, despite its good intentions.
