Re-enactment: technical and juridical aspects

Abstract

The Author analyses the importance of the Reconstituation as modality of complementary corpus delicti, its juridical and technic characteristics and the structure that the expert will give to that kind of Proof, in some circunstances essential to furnish to the District Judge the necessary assurance to pass judgement.
