Abstract

The considerations on the Urban and Environmental Constitutional Incompatibilities in Law n. 10.257, of 2001, and the Law of directives and Bases n. 2.220, of the same year, in confrontation with the Brazilian Positive Law are the items approached by the author who presents, in turn, her respective suggestions on the subject.
