Abstract

The legal doctrine contract aims to ensure and to regulate a pacific wealth circulation, and to avoid violence in an efficient allocation of goods in economy and to promote its transfer among people on licit basis. The author treats this assertion and other ones, and observes the profile of commercial partnerships.
