Interactions between the Biological Diversity Convention and the TRIPS

Biodiversity is source of resources to biotechnology an biotechnologic industry. The Biologic Diversity Convention states that the benefits gained by commercial and scientific uses of the genetic resources in the biodiversity must be shared by those who use with the countries that provide it. The text of the TRIPS must be reviewed and changed to harmonize with BDC and assure the achivement of its goals.Downloads
