Abstract

The following texts are signed by Neli's three children and are messages made by them on three occasions. The first is the text that Camila Mello shared on May 21, 2021 during the event of homage to Neli held virtually at the Institute of Advanced Studies "Between Geographies and Environments: reflections on the life and work of Neli Aparecida". The second text is the homage made by Camila, Bruno and Rafael during the Ashes Ceremony that took place on April 23, 2021, occasion in which Neli went to meet the limpid waters of a Norman river. Finally, the third text, in a poetic tone, is an ode to their mother, a warrior woman to whom they say goodbye while remembering her love and wisdom.
