Abstract

From a research experience with lesbian and bisexual mothers and the difficulties found in the management of synchronous meetings for data collection among these women, it was found that asynchronous methods of online research are potential strategies for this group in specific, considered of difficult access. This work aims to demonstrate the methodological path to develop exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, by online methods, applying strategies such as open-ended interviews and online focus groups, by using WhatsApp as social media.
