Note on the Pantallas transnacionales

This is a review of the book Pantallas transnacionales – El cine argentino y mexicano del período clásico, organized by the Argentine researchers Ana Laura Lusnich, Alicia Aisemberg and Andrea Cuaerteloro. The book focuses on the various types of cinematographic relations between Argentina and Mexico between the 1930s and 1950s, and is based on theoretical frameworks related to the concept of transnational. This review highlights the main characteristics of the book and points to some interesting issues for Brazilian readers.
