Códigos de linguagem no discurso sobre o cinema

This paper consists o f the study of movies language codes from their esthetic, psychological and sociological significances. The trichotomic sign division, suggested by Charles S. Peirce, has been considered as theoretical points o f view, as well as the Image Theory preview, Walter Benjamin's description on political nature which is inherent to the movies production technical procedures, and also the hypothesis that the answers to those questions which have been pointed out in a movies analysis made by Christian Metz depend upon the solution of some logical problems conceming the making of significance classes in Semiotics. The bibliographical method and also the one based on selected movie analysis were used in the study. Thus, in aims to present a new class o f signs and the representations which might be produced in digital movies language in a near future.Downloads
