In a time when the logic of consumption if penetrates through several areas of everyday life - causing changes the most radical and disturbing, but certainly dictating the parameters prevailing current - faced with a teaching Advertising that is not adequate to this new context is at least strange. The purpose of this paper is then to propose, from a theoretical consumption, a new instrument, the "profile approved" to be used within the environment of undergraduate education in the field of Advertising, contributing to greater and better integration between disciplines. The text comes from a doctoral research still in progress, but whose field work has revealed important information that is disclosed here, and that can help, the end of the day, building a future outlook of the advertising that is better.
