Abstract

The neuropathy affects most of the diabetics of long term. Its best understanding is of up importance in the development of a correct clinical ratiocination. The main physiopathological way, clinical presentation and electrophysiological feature are revised by means of research in MedLine and some personal data are presented. Knowledge of patophysiology, clinical, and electrophysiology is essential for a critical and rational of that heterogeneous and complex pathology.
