Objective: To evaluate the relationship between fear of falling, functional mobility, disability and pain in individuals with knee osteoarthritis. Method: This is an observational cross-sectional study involving knee osteoarthritis patients. Participants underwent functionality assessments by the Lequesne and WOMAC questionnaires, fear of falling by the Falls Eficacy Scale, pain intensity by the Visual Analog Scale, and functional mobility by the Timed Up and Go test. Results: 61 subjects were divided according to the fear of falling in: low risk of fall, sporadic fall and recurrent fall. Data revealed that the greater the fear of falling, the worse were the results regarding pain, functionality and functional mobility. Conclusion: In individuals with osteoarthritis, there is association between fear of falling, functionality, mobility and pain.
