A fibromialgia é uma doença crônica caracterizada por dor difusa, fadiga e comprometimento cognitivo. A presença de comorbidades psiquiátricas na fibromialgia destaca sua influência na qualidade de vida, piorando o prognóstico da doença. Dentre essas alterações, pode-se destacar o sentimento de solidão e a dor psicológica.
