We present the Portuguese translation of a part of the chapter Tu n’as Rien Vu à Hiroshima from the book The Japanese Effect in Contemporary Irish Poems (2012) by Irene de Angelis, as well as four poems in full form: To thine own self, 8: 16: 42, Now you see it, Lovers, in order to reflect upon the thematic transposition: Japan in Ireland, as thought by Professor Irene De Angelis in Italy and Gisele Wolkoff in Brazil.
