Abstract

The proposal of this article is to approach the resumption of the hygienist ideologies that currently occurs under the auspices of the discourse of the university. Aiming to demonstrate how this undertaking has been occurring in public policies focused on early childhood, we will analyze the Happy Child program, which was formulated in 2016 by the Brazilian Federal Government. To this end, we will discuss about the proposition of discourses made by Lacan, giving emphasis to the discourses of the university – or modern master – and capitalism. We have as objective to analyze the current logic and its consequences for the psychoanalyst’s praxis in the polis.
