Abstract

By combining the communication and culture in Latin America extends to the promotion of human rights. In this case, I take as an object of investigation and exemplification hype (audiovisual) Carnival 2010, organized by the Ministry of Health in Brazil along with the website http://www.usesempre.com.br. This is an advertising specifically targeted at youth aged 16 to 24 years by focusing the cut for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender – LGBT. The public understanding of multithreaded environment cultural/sexual diversity violence in the country when he points out, strategically, how to deal with such scope. Before and during the carnival, this year, there are the broadcast, two video commercials (institutional), seeking to encourage condom use as a message of affirmative action on the prevention of HIV / AIDS. Therefore, image, experience and subjectivity are critical categories that emerge from this context of contemporary studies.
