Abstract

O artigo faz uma reflexão das condições atuais que determinam a reflexão antropológica das sociedades complexas. Para tanto, procura fazer um balanço dos principais conceitos que orientam a construção histórica da disciplina - tais como o conceito de homem e de cultura - tentando avaliar sua adequação para a análise das realidades contemporâneas. O amor propõe novos caminhos interpretativos para superar alguns dos impasses - tais como o relativismo cultural que a Antropologia enfrenta hoje diante de seus novos objetos
