Abstract

Considering the transformations of Administrative Law, this essay positions the public policies in the paradox of privatization versus constitutionalization of the Law, identifying the impact, in general, of the State Reform and the adoption of the management model of Public Administration for the polices and the public services, weaving considerations about the interrelation public policy, privatization and regulation, may conclude for the significant repercussion on governmental action programs of the movements operated by the current Administrative Law.
