Abstract

This paper deals with the building of hydroelectric plants in the country in its relationship with the social and environmental damage, but also with the human costs derived of this process. Then, the construction of these projects has led whole population to give up their ways of life, their culture and their technique on the name of development. In addition, it seeks to reflect on the positive speech to the construction of hydropower as a hope speech that, in its genesis, objective naturalizing the suffering of the affected populations and winning body when its linkage to economic compensation.
