Abstract

This paper presents a methodology to analyze and evaluate the different forms of production of public works and services. Based on a basic typology of the forms of production of public works and services, the different stages of provision and construction of the metro in Mexico City are characterized. To evaluate the different forms of production thus identified, criteria derived from the concept of justice raised by authors such as Amartya Sen, David Harvey, Susan Fainstein, among others, are applied.
