Abstract

This article develops the reflection on the importance of the adoption of the "user embracement" strategy as axis of organization of the work process and of reception of the demand, in the services of mental health. Such perspective, original of the deinstitutionalization experiences, it has been projecting if, in the whole field of the health and it has been considered fundamental for any innovative projects. Starting from the conception of territorial work and in net, they are developed the considered centrals thematics of the "user embracement" strategy and introduced some of the effects of that strategy about the organization of the services, the posture of the multiprofessional staff and the relationship with the users.
