The goal of this article is to discuss the concepts and different studies related to the relaxation state and different approaches used in hydrotherapy. Different thecnics have been used in order to achieve the relaxation state, however this study will focus on the description of the most used approaches in hydrotherapy and psychology, and the relation between the physiological effects of imersion and sensory deprivation.Downloads
