The objective of this study is to understand the transformations of everyday life in the month preceding the suicide attempt of these subjects. This is a descriptive exploratory study, consisting of mapping of the phenomenon, approaching the site and cut the study period. The research is qualitative, with semi-structured interviews with the subjects with suicide
attempts. The studied social group consists of individuals who attempted suicide from January/2008 to June/2009 in Santos – SP. It registered 38 cases of attempted suicide in the time and place designated and eight interviews were conducted. We analyzed the results of interviews of that group and set up a “map about suicide risk” based on the variables of their daily routine alterations.
