Eisenstein multimídia: a media transposition

This paper analyzes the transposition of Arlindo Machado’s first book, Eisenstein: geometria do êxtase (1982) to CD-ROM media format, exploring the resources of digital media from the standpoint of aesthetic elements originated from Russian Constructivism and other features of Sergei Eisenstein’s film language. This collaborative research work led by Arlindo may unfold in the broadening of the paths in the search for new technologies.
