Abstract

Using concepts from Foucault and french semiotics, we aim to discuss trangenderism as a complex type of gender identity. Nowadays, transgenderism is the most socially repressed kind of gender. Since the "denaturalization" of transgenderism is a theoretical challenge, we discuss possible ways to deal with it and how the concept pf transgenderism is built.
