Abstract

This article focuses on eight propositions to make the accomplishment of the right to school access and of the non discrimination and social participation principles, consecrated in Europe, effective, in order to built a school with a common base of principles that respect a fundamental "preoccupation": it is obligatory because indispensable and should be available to everyone for its accessibility. The eight propositions are: removal of the mortgage aspect of the schooling right; removal of the encrustation of the view; removal of the medicalization of the approach; deconstruction of boundaries; non categorization of the responses; distinction of the functions; non fragmentation of the student's itinerary; non insulation of the issue. Each moment of our reflection accompanies a concrete and open to debate proposition considering the variability of the viewpoints and of the "appropriation" modes.
